Zivon AI respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard information when you use the Zivon AI platform, browser extension, and associated services.

Information We Access

With your explicit authorization, Zivon AI accesses limited data from Google services, including:

• YouTube Data API (channel, video, title, thumbnail, and metadata information)
• YouTube Analytics API (performance, engagement, and revenue metrics)

We access only the minimum data required to provide analytics, optimization, and growth features.

How We Use Information

We use Google API data exclusively for:

• YouTube channel analytics and reporting
• Performance insights and optimization recommendations
• Content strategy and growth analysis
• Dashboard visualization and automation features

Zivon AI does not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Segregation & Limited Use Compliance

Zivon AI operates two independent processing pipelines:

• Analytics Pipeline — processes Google API data for reporting, optimization, and dashboards.
• AI Pipeline — processes only user-provided text or images for AI generation features.

Data obtained from Google APIs (including YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API) is processed exclusively within our analytics backend and is never transmitted to any third-party AI or machine learning service.

Our AI features operate only on text or images explicitly provided by the user. We enforce strict server-side controls and audit logging to prevent any Google API data from being sent to external AI service providers.

Zivon AI does not permit any third-party AI provider to store, reuse, or train on Google API data.

Google API data is not used to train generalized or public AI models. Any internal data analysis or model improvement is performed only within Zivon AI’s controlled infrastructure and solely for product functionality, optimization, and research purposes, in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.

Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted API credentials and access tokens
• Secure server infrastructure and access controls
• Audit logging of all AI-related requests
• Strict permission-based data access

Access tokens are stored securely and used only for authenticated API requests. Data is retained only as long as required to provide our services.

User Control & Data Rights

You remain in full control of your data.

• You may revoke Zivon AI’s access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
• You may request deletion of stored data.
• You may discontinue use of the service at any time.

Third-Party Sharing

Zivon AI does not sell, trade, or share Google API user data with third parties.

Third-party AI services are used only for user-initiated AI generation features and only with user-provided input. Google API data is never shared with these services.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect product improvements, regulatory changes, or security enhancements. Continued use of Zivon AI constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
